单节理岩体变形与破坏过程中声发射能量的特征及意义

CHARACTERISTICS AND IMPLICATIONS OF ACOUSTIC EMISSION ENERGY IN THE PROCESS OF DEFORMATION AND FAILURE OF SINGLE-JOINT ROCKMASS

摘要: 对含石膏夹层的单节理岩体模型单轴下变形破坏过程中的声发射事件全波形能量分析表明,声发射事件能量与变形过程密切相关,其分布反映破裂扩展尺度的分布,事件能量越大,对应破裂尺度越大,反之越小;破裂方式受节理角θ和夹层物质泊松比ν控制,θ小于arctg(0.707·(1一ν)/ν)时,Ⅱ型破裂为主,声发射能量集中在少数事件上,θ大于arctg(0.707·(1-ν)/ν)时,以Ⅰ型破裂为主,声发射能量分布相对分散。

Abstract: Rockmass models with single-joint cemented by plaster were compressed uniaxially.Fullwaveforms of acoustic emission(AE)events were recorded. Relative AE energy was calculatedwith the full waveforms.Analyses of the results show that AE energy are closely related to theprocess of deformation and failure.Distribution of AE energy reflects the scatter of fracture dimensions,the larger the AE energy,the bigger the fracture dimension.The fracture modes arernainly controlled by the joint angle(θ)and Poisson's ratio(ν)of the plaster.When θν)/ν),mode-Ⅱ(shear)is the major fracture form and AE energy concentrates onrelatively fewer events.When θ>arctg(0.707·(1-ν)/ν),mede-Ⅰ(extension)is the major fracture form and AE energy scatters on more events.The results suggest that rockmasses with dif-ferent structures have different modes in deformation and fracture,and would be different in precursory modes and warning time of failure.
