Abstract: This paper deals with the relationship between the drainage system and indicator of seismic risk in the northwest of Beijing,and its neighbouring areas.The map of the basal level are constructed.This reseach shows that seismicity in this region occurred only in some particular positions on the map of the basal level.

摘要： 编制了京西北及邻区水系基准面图,并论述水系与地震的关系问题。研究表明,地震活动仅出现于基准面的某些新构造形态的特殊部位。
